Now Nina cancels

Nina Nastasia has cancelled her forthcomng UK tour for health reasons including her date at the Glee Club, Cardiff due to have taken place 29th November. Her website had this message:

"Nina is very sorry that she won’t be able to play but looks forward to coming back to the UK soon. Any fans who have already bought tickets, will be able to obtain a refund from their point of purchase....."

John Cooper Clarke postponed

John Cooper Clarke has postponed his appearance at the Globe in Cardiff due to have taken place this Saturday 27th November. He will now be appearing 12th February 2011. Tickets purchased already remain valid for the new date.

Specials back again

The reformed Specials (minus Jerry Dammers) will be playing a UK tour next year including Cardiff Arena October 28th.

Cakehole Presley have entered the building

Cakehole Presely are set to launch their debut album at the Globe, Cardiff on Thursday 9th December. The album entitled Look After Your Chihuahua has received some rave reviews and is available now.

Jose Gonzales makes it to Cardiff

Manics Come Home

The Manic Sreet Preachers are set to play the Blackwood Miner's Institute 2nd December as part of a special Radio 2 recording. This will be the first time the Manics have played their home town since the mid 1980s almost 25 years ago.

LCD Soundsystem play Cardiff on Friday night 12th November and it has just been announced that the LCD DJ's will be playing a post party at Clwb Ifor Bach in Cardiff. Tickets are £7.00

Lone Wolf Returns

Patrick Wolf plays a short 3 date tour before Christmas including an opening night at Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff 5th December. The following day sees the release of his new single "Time of my life" which is followed by his 4th album early in 2011. Tickets are on sale from 3rd November.
